I very much like the Aerosoft Twin Otter and was thinking of purchasing the Honeycomb - Bravo Throttle Quadrant to use with it.
Its an expensive purchase so would like to ask if anyone has any experience with it and would they recommend prior to me purchasing?

The Orbx Team normally advise what to do after the release, (don't think they have prior information like us as to how well it will all work together) short term we may have to but the team normally manage to get the WU updates working with their scenery after a few days/weeks. Certainly been the case with the other WU updates.

When I first read it I thought it was rude like Doug.
Then I read SGunard post, I read it again and saw the funny side.
Languages are funny things.
A future road map to wet our appetites for 2022 would be nice, don't seem to have been many new Orbx products this month (some months they don't stop coming, much to Visa/Mastercard delights).

Yesterday I received an update for FSimStudios CYVR Vancouver International Airport - Microsoft Flight Simulator to 1.2.0.
Orbx normal post about the Release Notes but can't seem to see any for this update.
Just wondering what the update was for.
Can anyone advise?

I have Deleted Rolling Cache and also Selected that function to off. Google Maps now works perfectly with MSFS update 7. It looks good as well, I like the weather and haze settings MSFS have done also it just all seems to now look soooooooo good.

I’ve not tried Google Maps since Sim Update 7, so can’t comment. I am happy to stick with it and updates for it come out frequently so if anyone is having issues and would like it fixed/to work perhaps try and see if there is an update. I think it’s changed recently once you had to start it before the Sim but now after the Sim is up and running. MSFS update 7 I had to alter a few settings to get it to run smoothly again but it looks good and I like the haze affect in weather, did a real weather flight in LA today the haze affect looked fab.

DX12 seems to be a bit of a hit on my machine and slows it a little, anyone else noticed anything?

Only at 18GB still another 14GB to go (said update was + 32GBs) for me.

Will you be trying to install the 4 above one at a time?

It’s a slow process but any add ons you had in your community folder, try reinstall a few at a time and try work out which one is causing you the CTD.

Safe mode I think starts MSFS without the Community Folder and all its contents. Have you added something new to it, try remove so many items at a time to see if it fixes it.
