    MSFS closing, GPU warning

    UPDATE: Spent last hour hammering my old PC, even had FSLTL add-on working in the background. Flew around Vancouver (where I have had known Graphics Warnings before) and also all over London with PG on. 

     

    Pleased to report no issues all worked well.

     

    Early days yet, but adjustments seem to have helped the issue.

     

    Happy to hear from others.

    Hi All

     

    I am on Windows 10 DX11.

     

    Someone has posted the following in another forum, which may offer further information to the above issues. I welcome anyones comments/thoughts:

     

    Start>Settings>System>Graphics Settings>Hardware-acclerated GPU scheduling....

     

    I originally had this selected to ON, I have now selected to OFF.

     

    Also on same page, Graphics performance preference, I have Desktop app and below I have selected MSFS High Performance.

     

    It's early days yet I am just experimenting, but I have nothing over clocked etc like the warning states, but wonder if this effecting it.

     

    What does everyone else who is/isn't having the issue have theirs set to?

    Hi Jack it’s worth a try if you have a few hours spare. Mine went in the Community folder no issues

    At night the light is so bright I really like it

    The only two bad things so for are: not all the liveries are covered but they are working on it and second in some airports the plane disappears after having landed, it doesn't do the taxiing but they told me that is due to the airport not the traffic.

    100% recommended as it is so eassy to use

    My advice, try it, it’s free, uninstall if you don’t like it. It’s a keeper for me.

     

    FR24 I had on today whilst flying in to Washington DC, real word aircraft were appearing in the sim and ATC were using the correct call signs etc for them as I was seeing on FR24.

     

    amazing and did I say it was Free.

    It runs like a dream for me. I have uninstalled my payware Aerosoft Traffic and LVFR Static Aircraft.

    World Update 11 - Canada

    Managed to spend a while flying around various parts of Canada. Really beginning to like this update now. I remember something Nick said a long time ago. Fly realistically at a VFR altitude of 1500ft and everything looks ok. Fly a few hundred fleet AGL then the buildings do and will look like jelly. I am happy at VFR 1500ft
