  1. AFL are a new partner who use Orbx as a retail outlet. For support on this addon please note the following on the addon's product page in Orbx Direct: This product has been produced by Airfoillabs. For Airfoillabs product support, please to go https://www.airfoillabs.com/bug-reports I installed it on my setup and did not notice any conflicts, but I was only looking around the airport and not any further at the time. At no time did i h=get any error messages etc. AFL should be able to answer your question definitively.
  2. Here is a response from the Dev: Here is the what it looks like in WED. My understanding is that this means there are no special conditions set for runway usage but I could be wrong. WED and XP have their own 'special' way of doing things that defies most logic. Greg
  3. @F1le Please attach your scenery_packs.ini so i can take a look. Also please give a bit more info as to where it would be best for me to check this out with my copy. Towards Miami from where or nearest airport where you start getting the visuals you have posted. Thanks
  4. Before you do that, which by the way maybe the cause of the issue for some reason, I would rename your Custom Scenery forlder to Custom Scenery.BAK Make a new Custom Scenery folder. Drag and drop the LFLJ and LFKX folders plus OrbxLibs and Global Airports, into the new Custom Scenery folder. Reboot PC. Load a flight at LFLJ. Exit XP and check the Scenery_packs that the layering is from top down: LFLJ airport LFKX airport Global Airports LFLJ mesh OrbxLibs. Make sure that in the XP settings you have World Objects set to maximum possible. The test is check the integrity of the Orbx addons before you decide to a complete XP reinstall.
  5. I have rearranged your scenery_packs.ini to a more optimised layering as your True earth addons were not in the correct place in the .ini and may be affecting the scenery. I also moved your 3rd party library files to a more suitable place. Please replace your current scenery_packs with the one attached. If you are using X-Organiser then please ensure you have the latest version as other versions did not work well with the placing of True Earth addons. If the issue persists then I will need to check with the dev. scenery_packs.ini
  6. Strange. there are a couple more options tor try to see if this helps. 1. run the verify files option for the addon, having Cleared the temp folder and relocated temporarily any bckup copy you may have. The attached pic shows how to do that if you are not familiar with the process. Also run a Verify files for OrbxLibs 2.Uninstall the addon via Orbx Central, then reinstall making sure the mesh folder is near the bottom of the scenry_packs.ini after installing. Also download and install the additional freebie of Meribel. If fully installed then LFLJ should be 2.88GB and 908 files in 29 folders (less the Mesh folder) Meribel should be 1.83GB and 673 files in 19 folders. Please report back also advising the folder sizes
  7. Further to my response yesterday, please advise what these files are: SCENERY_PACK_DISABLED Custom Scenery/3D_Cableway/ SCENERY_PACK_DISABLED Custom Scenery/3D_Cervinia/ SCENERY_PACK_DISABLED Custom Scenery/3D_Matterhorn/ SCENERY_PACK_DISABLED Custom Scenery/3D_Tash/ SCENERY_PACK_DISABLED Custom Scenery/3D_Zermatt/ SCENERY_PACK_DISABLED Custom Scenery/MC_Scenery/ SCENERY_PACK_DISABLED Custom Scenery/3D__MontBlanc/ SCENERY_PACK_DISABLED Custom Scenery/3D_CableWayMB/ SCENERY_PACK_DISABLED Custom Scenery/3D_Chamois/ SCENERY_PACK_DISABLED Custom Scenery/3D_Chamonix/ SCENERY_PACK_DISABLED Custom Scenery/3D_Courmayeur/
  8. The attached scenery_packs.ini now has the mesh placed near the bottom. Please try this by replacing your existing scenery_packs.ini file and report back the results. Thanks scenery_packs.ini
  9. There are 2 things to mention here in regard to static planes. 1. You can have static planes or no static planes by opening Orbx Central and then clicking on Canary Islands/Configure. You will then have the option to turn on or turn off static planes. 2. Regarding blank static planes, I too have Traffic Global and I believe hat if you open the Traffic Global plugin when running XP, you will see the Settings option. Click on General and then make sure the "Allow Substitutes" is unticked. This is only from memory, so you would be best to confirm this with the Just Flight Traffic Global forum.
  10. Welcome to the forums. KJAC is not an Orbx developed addon but is developed by Axonos. The support request needs to go to them for assistance:
  11. Welcome to the forums. Please attach your scenery_packs.ini for me to look at. Ensure you also have OrbxLibs (from here https://orbxdirect.com/product/orbxlibs-xp11) installed and that World objects are set to the maximum. @Nick Cooper Please move this topic to the Support section as it is not a Bug.
  12. Please confirm the version of TE FL that you have installed. is it the HD or SD version? I can assure you it is not a bug in the addon but a much closer to home issue despite your PC specs, as you can confirm when you fly low and slow. I don't suggest not using TE FL as you will still enjoy some GA flights. If you have the HD version installed I suggest maybe you want to try the SD version which is less demanding and which is what I use. Anyway let me know the version you have and we can discuss further before you decide to ditch TE FL
  13. Before doing a complete reinstall there are a couple of things to try before actioning the "last resort" I don't know what version of MSFS you have, i.e. Steam, BUT MAKE BACKUP COPIES of the files I now mention. In your Packages folder/Local Cache try deleting the Content XML txt file. Also delete the contents only of SceneryIndexes, again having made backup copies of both. Don't worry because MSFS will make new copiers of both those files. Then try a flight at EGLC. Regarding the Repair function option, I must admit I do not know if it like our Verify files option in that it reads your base files and will download any that are missing. You could experiment by removing to a safe place, a couple of the core files from the Official folder, run the repair option and see if that replaces the files you removed. That way you will see what exactly the repair function does.
  14. There are a couple of ways to do that. An easy way is this: On a suitably sized disk drive create a library folder called e.g. MSFS Addons. Open Orbx Central and go to Settings/libraries. Create a new folder called MSFS Addons. Name the library and "Change" the Library Path to where that new MSFS Addons folder is (see pic) Drag and drop the addons that you want in there into that new library folder. Make sure you also direct the AddonLinker to your new MSFS Addon folder as the source for your addons you want the Linker to use. When you next go to install an Orbx addon, the choice of where to install that addon will now also have the MSFS Addon library as an option.
  15. Nice. Glad you got it sorted out.
  16. The timing of planes arriving, departing or parked at the airport is governed by your default XP ai traffic programme or by any 3rd party AI Traffic addon you have installed as far as I know. However this question is better answered by the support people at AXONOS who are the Developers of this addon:
  17. Strange as it is still not appearing in your scenery_packs.ini. Open the Orbx library you created on D drive. Keep clicking on the NorCal folder until you actually get to the 3 NorCal folders of Custom, Overlay, Orthos. Right click each folder separately and make a "shortcut". Now move the 3 shortcuts into your Custom Scenery folder. Run XP and exit. Open the scenery_packs.ini and check 2 things: 1. That the NorCal files now appear in the scenery_packs.ini 2. That the layering in the scenery_packs needs to be like this from top down: SCENERY_PACK Custom Scenery/Aerosoft - EDDF Frankfurt/ SCENERY_PACK Custom Scenery/Aerosoft - EDLP Paderborn-Lippstadt/ SCENERY_PACK Custom Scenery/Aerosoft - EGLL Heathrow/ SCENERY_PACK Custom Scenery/Aerosoft - LFMN Nice Cote d Azur X/ SCENERY_PACK Custom Scenery/Aerosoft - LFPO Paris Orly/ SCENERY_PACK Custom Scenery/Aerosoft - LPFR Faro/ SCENERY_PACK Custom Scenery/KSEA Demo Area/ SCENERY_PACK Custom Scenery/LOWI Demo Area/ SCENERY_PACK Custom Scenery/Global Airports/ PLACE THE NORCAL CUSTOM FOLDER HERE PLACE THE NORCAL OVERLAY FOLDER HERE PLACE THE MORCAL ORTHOS FOLDER HERE SCENERY_PACK Custom Scenery/X-Plane Landmarks - Chicago/ SCENERY_PACK Custom Scenery/X-Plane Landmarks - Dubai/ SCENERY_PACK Custom Scenery/X-Plane Landmarks - Las Vegas/ SCENERY_PACK Custom Scenery/X-Plane Landmarks - London/ SCENERY_PACK Custom Scenery/X-Plane Landmarks - New York/ SCENERY_PACK Custom Scenery/X-Plane Landmarks - Sydney/ SCENERY_PACK Custom Scenery/X-Plane Landmarks - Washington DC/ SCENERY_PACK Custom Scenery/Orbx_OrbxlibsXP/ SCENERY_PACK Custom Scenery/SAM_Library/ Report back with the results.
  18. Thanks. Please open Orbx Central/settings/help and click on Sync Simulator. Hoping that will now work. If it does, then again please attach your scenery_packs.ini so I can check that all is correctly layered.
  19. Besides running the Verify files option for TE Florida, which is a good initial idea, I also think that it may well be that your GPU/CPU combo is not loading the ortho tiles quick enough. TE Florida is very detailed and, if as I suspect, you are flying a jet, at speed, then the ortho tiles are not loading sufficiently quickly. I ask that you test this by taking a flight in the default Cessna 172 on a low and slow flight and report back if the same blue tiles appear.
  20. Welcome to the forums. Please attach for my review, your scenry_packs.ini. Please confirm that Orbx Central shows TE NorCal as installed under the My Products heading and that the files are actually in your Custom Scenery folder. Did you install directly into the XP directory or did you install into a created library? Thanks
  21. Please open a new topic regarding your issue. This topic of cars at Sumburgh is resolved.
  22. Open Orbx Central/My Products/Europe. Scroll down until you get to Sumburgh and click on it. You will then see an option to Verify files.
  23. Initially I ask that you run the Verify Files option for Sumburgh. The link to the traffic txt file is still in the Pinned Topics section: However I attach a copy from my installation of Sumburgh. Drop the attached txt file into the Orbx_EGPB_B_Sumburgh_Roads folder to replace the existing Ground Traffic txt file. GroundTraffic.txt
