Hi, welcome to the forums.
Also, please ask the developer. A link to their support is on the product page on Orbx Direct and below.
Developer
This product has been produced by Gaya Simulations. For Gaya Simulations product support, please to go http://www.gaya-simulations.com

Hi
Please see the below topic.

Hi Keith, you are very welcome.
Yes, that should be fine, especially if that is where Orbx Central put them.
Also, it should not matter due to the fact that the TE products are based on photo imagery and will always override the land class based regions.
Mine are installed to an external library and will show in a different location than yours when viewing the scenery library.

Please submit a ticket using the below link.

Hi Don
I see that is does state, "For all discussion regarding virtual reality (VR)" under the main title.
-
Hi Don
You also may like to post in the VR sub forum I linked below.

Hi, welcome to the forums
Have you visited the Volanta Discord channel? They are much better at helping with Volanta than us.

Hi
Please go to settings\downloader and clear the temp location.
Then go to the location you designated for backups and delete the products folder.
Then go to settings\help and run the sync simulator function.
Then try reinstalling.

Hi Heron Jr
Please post a copy of your “scenery.cfg” file and the “add-ons.cfg” and the “scenery_add-ons.xml” file found at C:\ProgramData\Lockheed Martin\Prepar3D v5.
-
Hi
Also, after you move the files to the new location, I would go to help/settings and run the sync simulator function from within Orbx Central.

Hi, welcome to the forums
Please try a full uninstall and reinstall of the airport, and turn off Developer mode if using.
If that does not work. Please also follow the process in the below topic.

Hi Claudio
You should be able to run the simulator and shut it down, then restart Orbx Central and see if it is there.

Hi
In my P3Dv5.2 I have S47, and KTMK in the airport list for the same location (Tillamook, Oregon), and if I select either one of those, it puts me at the same airport and location, and there are no elevation issues, the airport looks and works great.
But if I do a search of my entire simulator installation, there are no KTMK files, only S47 files in the Orbx PNW05 Scenery as pictured below.

Orbx has never once implied they don't care. That is why I am sending you the link, just in case it may be helpful.
You have also stated in one of your above posts " all is good now".
Also, of all those that have seen and read this topic, if they do/did have an ideal for you, they would most certainly share it.
It does not make any sense or have any logic for Orbx to develop a piece of software that would have individual hardware incompatibilities seeings as there are millions of possible hardware combinations.
Please see the below link and post a copy of the Central log.
We can also ask @Nick Cooper, in case he hasn't seen this yet.
Also, once again, have you set the "Concurrency" and "Conversions" settings on the downloader page of Orbx Central?
-
Thanks
Please navigate to the location "C:\Users\your name\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft Flight Simulator\" as per Nick's above instructions.
The files do exist or the simulator will not work.

Hi Richard
Are you using the Steam version of MSFS?

I may remove 5.2 and go back to 5.1.
Definitely worth a try.

I highly doubt that Orbx Central is the problem as 10's of thousands of others, including me, have no issues with running our XMP profiles and overclocks with Orbx Central.
Have you set the "Concurrency" and "Conversions" settings on the downloader page of Orbx Central?
Also, please see the below topic.

No of course, that is not what I posted the link for, I didn't even look down that far.
It also makes the point that with a 2K or 4K resolution your system would perform much better.

What are you PC specs and P3D Graphics/World settings please.
Also, please post a copy of your “scenery.cfg” file and the “add-ons.cfg” and the “scenery_add-ons.xml” file found at C:\ProgramData\Lockheed Martin\Prepar3D v4.
Please note: Do not open the files and copy and paste the contents, just attach the files.

Hi
You can go to C:/Users/name/AppData/Local/Lockheed Martin/Prepar3D v5 and delete the Shaders folder, then restart the sim for them to rebuild.

Hi, welcome to the forums
So sorry, but there is no other way to download, only with Orbx Central.
I would be surprised if PrecipitFX itself is even 32bit compatible.
