Must this be manually added through the scenery library?
Hi Todd, welcome to the forums
No, manually adding is not required.
Please post a copy of your “scenery.cfg” file and the “add-ons.cfg” and the “scenery_add-ons.xml” file found at C:\ProgramData\Lockheed Martin\Prepar3D v4.
Please note: Do not open the files and copy and paste the contents, just attach the files.

Hi, welcome to the forums
One of the other best places to get Volanta support is on their Discord channel.

Hi
Have you also asked the developer?
This product has been produced by France VFR. For France VFR product support, please to go https://www.vfrnetwork.com/forums/index.php?/forum/5-english-support-forum/

Hi Ben
No, it is rarely ever the server and most often the ISP throttling you down somewhere along the line.

Hi Ben
You will need to login to your Orbx Direct account https://orbxdirect.com/ then select Account and then the blue update account button.
Then I would log out of Orbx Central and log back in.

Hi Pete
Are running the sim in Developer mode?
Also, have you tried Nick's below process?

Hi Pat
Please use the below link to submit a support ticket.

Thanks
Also, make sure you are running your PC, the simulators and Orbx Central in Administrator mode, and turn off the windows user account control (UAC).
-
Hi
I would say that is a known limitation of the simulator, and depends on what your level of detail (LOD) radius is set to in P3D settings. From that altitude it is probably normal.

Hi
You will also need to remove to Asobo version of LOWI if it is still installed.

Hi Alan
Please open Orbx Central and go to settings/help and run the sync simulator function and see if that changes anything.
-
Thanks Alan
Which airport please?
-
Hi
No, you do not have to migrate anything, it is all perfectly fine to keep installed to the simulator root folder.
Could you Please post a copy of your “scenery.cfg” file and the “add-ons.cfg” and the “scenery_add-ons.xml” file found at C:\ProgramData\Lockheed Martin\Prepar3D v5.
Please note: Do not open the files and copy and paste the contents, just attach the files. -
Hi Alan
Which files are you verifying? The airport or the simulator?
-
Hi
TrueEarth does not have seasons. and being photo scenery, It will also override the other products, if they are installed.
If you did have enough HD space, you could install both and just uncheck/deactivate any combination of your liking anytime, of course except for Global base, which would always need to be installed for the LC products to work.

Hi, welcome to the forums
Please work the process in the below topic very carefully.

Dave
Could you please post a screenshot of the Orbx Central Libraries page, and of the file structure location of your Library.
-
Hi, welcome to the forums
As my post above still applies, we are waiting for MS in game Market place to do their thing with the update provided by Orbx to rectify this issue.
-
You can also go to settings/Libraries and do a scan for Libraries and if your library is shown, you can click on edit and navigate to the same location again.

Hi
Yes you can manually move the folder to the new location and then go to settings/help and run the sync simulator function.
