    as an interim solution, please uninstall Orbx Central, using the Windows Control Panel.
    Then download the installer from here: https://orbxdirect.com/central
    Once installed, you will find that it is rolled back to version 4.1.76 and this should solve the problem.

    please try this first:

     

    Microsoft Store Edition

    1. In the game, delete any rolling cache.

     

    2. Delete the simulator .dat files

    (AppData\Local\Packages\Microsoft.FlightSimulator_8wekyb3d8bbwe\LocalCache\SceneryIndexes\*.dat)

     

    If the problem persists, take this extra step.

    3. Do not add anything other than the problem product(s) to the Community folder before running MSFS again.

     

    Steam Edition

    1. In the game, delete any rolling cache.

     

    2. Delete the simulator .dat files

    (AppData\Roaming\Microsoft Flight Simulator\SceneryIndexes\*.dat) 

     

    If the problem persists, take this extra step.

    3. Do not add anything other than the problem product(s) to the Community folder before running MSFS again.

    Note: the quickest way to do this is to rename your Community folder to CommunityX.
    Create a new Community folder in the same location and move only the one product into it.

    I am guessing here, but might it be easier to remove the details and then add back the new details?
    Maybe there is no option to change them, only to replace them, but it will have the same effect.

    as you have already bought Accuseason, you need only to do this:

     

    First, you must register at Rex Axis: REX AXIS
    Use the same email address that you used at Orbx Direct.
    Then, you already have all of the information that you need for the right hand column in the image:

    The serial number is stored in the Documents\REX 6\REX AccuSeason\profile.xml file.
    It can be opened and read using Notepad.
    Your Order Number is your Orbx Direct transaction number.

    It is perhaps worth mentioning that the first nine minutes are a look at the airport. which the reviewer likes
    and that the remaining hour and eighteen minutes are about the flight, which by definition, is no longer at or
    about the airport and which is the thing that "didn't quite go to plan".

    I am feeling a distinct sense of déjà vu.

     

    Indeed you are entitled to the senior discount.

     

    However:
     

    It does not apply to free transfers from the FlightSim Store.

     

    It does not apply when there is another discount and many of your purchases have wisely been during sales

     

    It does not apply to Orbx partner developers, as it is an entirely Orbx initiative

     

    So in a nutshell, due to your own prudence, there have been hardly any purchases made with only the 20% senior discount applied.
