Memory needs to be found and rescued

Here is a flight in Manfred's wonderful C-47 to Sedona on May 1st.

The big problem is that I cannot remember where I took off from, hence the title.

I know it was somewhere to the south but at least I am in the right plane!

Hi, the C-47 is the JustFlight one? If yes, wonderful livery; where did you get it?

BTH, stunning shots!

This is freeware on the SOH site and can also be found on the Simvaition site too. One of my favourite freeware planes . Link below.

It looks like Phoenix-Deer Valley airport (KDVT)  where you departed from Martyn . I hope search and rescue can find your memory .:D8)

Cheers

Brad

Just delved into my old flight plans and it is KFFZ Falcon. Oh well the joys of getting old!

Hey, ho, whoa, is that RealityXP GPS units I see in that VC? Which plane is that and how did you install them, I must know, the fate of me sleeping tonight depends on it! ;)

Great shots. :)

Jocko it is on the SOH site. It is the C-47 by by Manfred Jahn, Alexander M. Metzger, Hansjoerg Naegele, and Ted Wolfgang. There are many textures on SOH and other sites for the C-47. Link below.

Use Google Earth next time... just kidding! Great set, repaint and aircraft! :)

I do use Google Earth......when I can remember to use it!

Good journey, mate! Great shots indeed!

Cheers,

PS: Strong winds around ...

Cheers,

They blew too much away.

This kind of plane sure looks at home over this scenery. Great shots!

Yeah, just like using a nearly all white aircraft in the Antarctic!

Nice shots, very rugged looking country.

Would not like an emergency landing out here.

The C-117 is another wonderful aircraft on the same site.

Many thanks to you all for your kind words and interest.
