bvdboomen
When I bought Elstree, I actually didn't want to buy it but I clicked the wrong link. The reason I didn't want it was not because of the nice field but the fact that it is just north of London with all the low framerates. Now I configured FSX with AI traffic slider on 1% and made a flightplan for Elstree with only traffic for Elstree. This gave me a nice boost in framerates. Well, Heathrow is quiet dull now but I don't bother when flying circuits and fly in and out of Elstree! Nice field! 1. Yes, I actually land Harriers on Elstree... 2. The detail! And I even have not set the highest quality. 3. How real can it be? 4. I also made Elstree a Spitfirefield, since it is a former WWII field. 5. They often fly for training. 6. Coming home for refueling. 7. The nice surroundings of Elstree. 8. Approach of a very rare bird. 9. A nice VTOL landing on the runway.

manta
Great shot! I suppose you used FSRECORDER to fly in formation.
bvdboomen
Thanks for the kind words guys! Great shot! I suppose you used FSRECORDER to fly in formation. No, it's an AI traffic version of the Real Air Spitfire. Since I programmed it myself, I knew when it departed and I just followed it with the full Spitfire.
