Dana Mills
Found this sink hole at the end of runway 34 at Bellingham Intl. KBLI and also a red line further north from the airport, any ideas. No terrain mesh installed. Every program I use with FSX & Orbx is listed in my signature. Thanks, Dana
John Dow
Interesting hole. I can confirm it's there, and that it exists in real life but not as deep are as steep. Might be worth a flatten by the team for an SP down the track. If you want to see it in Google Earth and why the mesh program might have thought there was a hole there, in GE go to options and set the vertical exaggeration to 3.0 then with shift+mouse wheel set the view to a 30 degree angle, you'll see it plain as daylight. I can't duplicate the red line though.
Matt McGee
I just noticed the hole today too. Bing Maps aerial view gives a good look at what is really there. Certainly nothing like the giant hole in both PNW and FTXG. I've been flying to KBLI at night in FSX, doing approaches, and had never noticed the hole before. It's been years! Wolter van der Spoel
it's just a lil glitch in the mesh layer as for the red line, if memory serves correctly Holger mentioned something like it's the division in fsX between the different regions within fsx, but I could be wrong

Holger Sandmann
Hi Rob, it's fixed in the upcoming PNW SP8, which just entered Beta testing today. Cheers, Holger
