Ripcord Posted September 17, 2023 Share Posted September 17, 2023 (edited) On 9/6/2023 at 1:28 AM, adambar said: I spent a lot of time at Margaritaville in Key West.  I remember spotting it once, when I was deployed down there as part of a P3 crew. Walked in and looked around - somebody playing music. Staff was nice, said Jimmy would come in from time to time. That was before the whole thing really took off. In fact, I think I did ask if they sold T-shirts and they were out - but I could be misremembering, it has been 30+ years now.  I'll be stopping in at Margaritaville resort in South Padre Island TX in a couple weeks, when I am down there, to pay my respects.  Changes in latitudes, changes in attitudes. If we couldn't laugh, we would all go insane.
