Hi Jack,

This ship is the Cutty Sark, the world’s only surviving extreme clipper aged 150 years.

It used to carry goods such as tea between Europe and Asia for decades.

It is now transformed as a museum part of the Royal Museums in Greenwich, east London facing the Isle of Dogs.

Many thanks!  Yes sir, I know the Cutty Sark well.  There’s been dozens of model kits of this.  I didn’t know it was this ship.  I’ve always been very fascinated by how they’re built, they had some very competent and clever ship builders back then.  And I read that that era saw almost  all of the UK denuded of oak trees for all these beautiful vessels.  I would love to go there and visit this ship, maybe someday God willing.
