Christopher Low
Is this a cloud image on one of the mountains in the P3D version of Orbx TrueEarth GB North? It is located near Fort William, and I think that the mountain peak directly to the right of it in the screenshot is Ben Nevis).
John Dow
There were a few clouds in the Scottish imagery yes. If it looks like a cloud then my money is on it being a cloud.
Nick Cooper
Hello Christopher, it looks like snow to me but to be able to tell, requires actually going over in daylight to see what is there.
John Burgess
Hi all, The mountain in question is Carn Mor Dearg and it looks as if the image of that hill was taken at a different time to Ben Nevis on the right and Aonach Mor plus Aonach Beag to the left. The slightly browner cast below the snow suggests it was taken earlier in the year. From years of bumbling around the Scottish hills I suspect that when the photo used for Carn Mor Dearg was taken as well as the traces of snow which are definitely present there was possibly some cloud hanging in the Corries. If so it was probably a nice day to be on the summit All the best, John
