Nick Cooper Posted December 18, 2020 Share Posted December 18, 2020 Hello, I see that the P3D v4 version is not available on Orbx Central. Clearly you did not buy the P3D v4 version from Orbx Direct. Typically, to attract a discount for previous ownership requires the purchase of both the previous and new versions from the same retailer. Typically, different retailers cannot share customer details, not least because of data protection rules I see nothing different in this case.
