Stillwater Posted March 24, 2020 Share Posted March 24, 2020 After we finished our work, we still had some hours to spend before our return flights went off Stornoway. So we did a little tour around the island´s north (and this is well at the end of the continent...). This is the big city, with CBD, harbour and golf course. Just some few minutes by plane over the brown plains (inhabited by more cattle then men) we reach the west coast at Callanish. A detail of the Callanish Standing Stones and the visitor centre. Bresclete, where we worked at a company´s site. Blackhouse village should be here, a tourist attraction hidden in the valleys.
