I can answer this one, but I have a related problem (#2)
#1 To get to the Enhancement Pack
-go to ORBX Central>
-My Products>
-US Washington HD (or SD, as applicable)>
-scroll down to Expansions (click on it)>
-scroll down to Configure (click on it).
#2 This is where I run into my problem.
-from Configure>
-select desired options>
-click Save Changes>
-Error message (see screenshot).
-The problem is that I've restarted my computer and XP11 isn't running (checked Task Manager, it isn't).
[Win10, XP11.30]

Marked as "Answered", which is technically correct, but my problem persists (post #2), it's saying that I'm connected to XP when I'm not.

Hello,

this is a good illustration of why the best practice is to start your own topic and not to add to an existing one on a different subject.

To answer the question, it can be that if some other addon is running that uses X Plane 11 files, that Orbx Central cannot amend files that

are in use and reports that X Plane 11 is running.

Try rebooting your PC and then run Orbx Central before anything else.

Technically, I suppose, anti-virus software unneccessarily checking the contents of theX Plane 11 folder could have the same result.

Wow, getting this installed was quite a puzzle. First I couldn't find the product to actually purchase it, I had to use the direct link in the announcement thread.

Then I couldn't find it in OrbX Central to actually install it.

Turns out it's buried under Washington HD/SD and then expansions, as mentioned here.

You might want to advertise it a bit more openly if you want people to actually find, purchase and install it :)
