These wind turbines were news to me , I knew we have (our state) lots of wind turbines along the East slopes of the Cascades but I had no idea they were down on the Palouse . I use to travel all of Eastern Washington on business for years but have not been in a lot of these areas for years since I retired . Very exciting for me to fly above our state and see all the different changes that have occurred.

On another note , my grandfather actually built the road up to the top of Steptoe Butte back in the early 1930’s . :):)

That’s cool John!  I’d love to see this place someday, it looks neat.  What’s the altitude of it?

I think they did an American version called Stanford and Son.

The English version was  and still is hilarious.

Have a look at a Steptoe and Son episode on YT if you have the time.
