Totally black as if the TV screen was shut down I bet it is amazing I left it on longer, felt aslep and woke up and it was still black and the end even had to force the shut down. I’d try to uninstall and reboot then reinstall. I have extremely high bandwidth with fiber to my computer so it came down the pipe and installed in a little over one hour, I’m very fortunate in that regard so maybe there was a hiccup on the download? I’ll bet a one got turned to a zero somewhere along the line. I could be wrong. I’m sure you tried verify files so maybe that’s not it. Sorry to hear it took so long Carlos.
