Doug Sawatzky Posted January 3, 2018 Share Posted January 3, 2018 Hi, Please try this, Make sure your antivirus is not blocking it and your UAC is turned off, then try the below procedure. Go to FTX Central 3 Settings. Uncheck the “Use multiple threads for downloads”. Click on the “Clear Temp” Button. Click on “Save”. Restart FTXC3, and try again. Cheers Doug Thanks for your reply, Doug. I saw this solution posted in a similar thread and did not work for me. I even tried the manual install which did not work.
