OrbxDirect site not showing my purchases

I have the same problem

 

Although I'm using the same Email and password as in my FSS account, can't transfer my purchased products, get this message:

  It looks like you don't have any products in your account

Now, on FSX Cenrtal 3, I can't update my purchased products, get this message:

"You do not have access to this build"

 

Kindly advice

Didn't realize the FFS site requires an verification via email to  transfer the licenses.   All is well, :)

Hi Sam,

 

The process isn't automatic, you'll need to manually approve it. On the right hand side of your account page, you should see the button to transfer your FSS licenses.

Hi Sam,

 

It looks like you've sent the request off to FSS, but you have not completed the process :)

 

Please check your email, you should have one titled "Orbx Direct Data Share Opt-In Approval". It will look something like this:

You'll then need to go to the link in the email: https://www.flightsimstore.com/orbx-datashare.php

Peter, authorizing the move is not automatic. You have to authorize FSS to allow the purchase info to more to Orbx Direct. See the text in post 8. If you still haven't received one like it (be sure to check your junk mail folder), simply go to the link in post 9.
