To me they convey both a sense of drama and foreboding of difficult times ahead before you are safely back on the ground in the comfort of your home hanger. It is hard to believe that they are from FSX - they are so good that that I had to remind myself that these are not real flights. I really like the second one it. It has a depth to it that makes it seem very three dimensional and it pulls you right in to the feeling that you are actually there.
