krigl
Last set with the Foxbat and Meatycus's scenery from me, dropping off the radar for a while too, off on holiday on Monday for 2 weeks. First half are from Little Hartley, a sparkling little airfield. Three's a cloud. Luke phoning the council to complain. Approach, more latent beef to the right. Oh to be a farrrrrmer! An airfield of character Time to get going. Nice and light So, what became of the Inspiral Carpets? Spotted: Frank's place. Touching and going. Looking back like Lot's wife. We avoided transformation into a saline architectural element this time. There's Chifley bush strip, not so easy to miss... Nailbiting approach - curved tunnel of trees with a kink in it just ahead. My trusty Foxbat will get us down in one piece... And we're down, time to break out the barbie and a few tinnies. Here are some photos of Australian Foxbats and vids of Foxbats in action if you're interested: http://www.foxbat.com.au/a22_foxbat_gallery.php Thanks for looking in, hope you liked. Cheers! krigl
Thanks a lot for the comments, glad you liked them. Meatycus - Once more - thank you! Wish I could head down to Little Hartley myself for a pizza, but it ain't going to happen, I doubt if I will ever see Australia in RL. You enjoy it though mate and I'll enjoy my good Czech beer Runhand - I use Walk and Follow, which is a payware camera programme by DBS that lets you move freely around the FS world and take pictures of whatever you want, including your aircraft, which doesn't have to be in the centre all the time. It's great for taking screenies, though Walk and Follow for FS9 was even better because you could change the angle as well, here it's either standard (horizontal horizon) in spot view, or angled to the plane of the plane in wing/rear/front etc view mode. John - the weather here in the Czech Republic is cold and rainy right now, so I hope it gets better as we move into Italy Off to bed now, a long drive tomorrow. And then 2 whole weeks without FS or posting on forums. Grim. Will grit my teeth and try to enjoy it... Krigl
