thank you Anna @Anna Cicognani for your clear statement, I must emphasise - that it is encouraging to see the Orbx development for Xbox - it has a 20 year IRL heritage, the Series X is a great piece of kit - really designed for the very latest Smart TVs to extract maximum performance… & there are occasional sales on the Xbox Marketplace - plus 5 star rated Orbx addons will also be considered… & remain happy with all my MFS Orbx Central PC purchases - these HQ addons have a technical superiority & push the boundaries of MFS… Cheers

Hi JH @John Heaton, the Xbox has been a great experience, with all its capabilities, it works well on good 4K HDR HDMI 2.1 Samsung TV with MFS, I mainly use Xbox MFS vanilla (which includes all official World Updates) & sure looking forward to this month's Australian WU... however, I have purchased again for Xbox, Orbx NZ & Alaskan Mesh, plus Orbx Dubai - which had already purchased PC versions - so $paid twice... this is because I use the Steam version of MFS for PC - so had to repurchase the Orbx Xbox products from MFS Marketplace, for this reason, I will be purchasing only a very few Orbx Xbox MFS products... only @Ed Correia would be able to explain if there was any workaround to the doubling of purchases, in this situation... (I know Anna mentioned that there would be an automatic licence granted - but without fully realising that this would only apply to MFS Marketplace purchases) JH, like yourself, it was good to get an Orbx marketing email about Xbox specific products... I will of course be purchasing (which means twice overall) all of the Orbx Meshes when they become available for Xbox... Cheers

just an example shot of Orbx Xbox Dubai Landmarks... it is a trick of the Xbox process to juggle HDR & SDR shots - still lots to learn, but this shot shows the inherent detail of the Xbox with good scenery... Solved Issue: just uninstalled, then reinstalled via Content Manager. All working correctly now - & Dubai Landmarks look really good on Xbox now…

testing out Xbox with Orbx Dubai, strange pink buildings... (& there is no Orbx Xbox support sub-forum yet) just testing things out on Xbox - all new to me...

any Orbx assets would be most welcome in MFS Australian WU7 update, personally, it would not matter if some addons that have paid for were included to make it more comprehensive, of course the Australian WU7 update would be included in the Xbox version… (also hoping for some NZ attention)

Hi Wolfko, yes, it does work with MFS Live Traffic, but due to current native MFS AI Traffic limitations - it may not be the experience you are looking for… what’s good with Simple Traffic is that you have the choice of options - & be able to work within current MFS AI constraints…

Aerosoft Simple Traffic works well for MFS AI Traffic showing real world liveries painted on native MFS AI Traffic, using AI Offline works well at around 30% density setting to populate lots of airports… there is a trick to firstly load flight - then set AI to OFF - & then set AI Traffic to AI Offline within MFS Traffic settings… all installation is managed with Aerosoft One utility installer, personally happy with the simple, effective AI Traffic results… of course, waiting for any future improvements to the MFS native AI Traffic engine…

the more I think about AI Traffic for MFS, the more I’m leaning towards the upcoming Simple Traffic AI package from Aerosoft - apparently available next few days… why, oh why, cannot AIG just simply package itself as a complete Zip file? of course, AIG will not work on Xbox, but there is a chance that Aerosoft Simple Traffic will work on Xbox… here’s hoping!

Thank You, Ed very important information for us, (I was even wondering if a ‘mosaic’ matrix of files was possible for Sydney) & of course with packages like ‘yesterday’ recent Forza Horizon 5 release - about 100GB XSX download size - just trying to understand the Xbox limitations… still very pleased with XSX purchase - affordable 2021 hardware solution, with heaps of new players!

seriously, is there no actual Orbx knowledge about Xbox Sydney? this seems to be a reason why so many are now supporting the new MFS independent developers - they are actually very helpful to many of us, IMO, this is a very simple question for Orbx & the answer requested would be informative for quite a few of us

@Ed Correia recently advised on a Xbox single file size limit of 1GB for Xbox Marketplace products… is there a workaround or other technique that would make an Orbx Sydney Cityscape version available for the Xbox Marketplace? it is one of my favourite addons for MFS PC - very high quality…
