  2. A return hop from Sydney Int airport YSSY in Piper Arrow III for a night-sightseeing of the City
  3. Don't tittle these as from 'old sim'....they are fresh and vivid in all aspects, very nice ste of XP-shots...
  4. I had the luck in Sydney to be able to catch some nightshots while the moon was glowing, it happened again past night and gives a special lightcondition to otherwise to dark shots:
  5. Good integrated in the Norway landscape of World Update 5 is the by Orbx enhanced airport Notodden(ENNO), relative small to accomodate GA planes but in this case is rarely visited by an ATR42-600 operated by airliner Norwegian: One of the few places wher a road crosses the runway (Best known is Gibraltar airport where you cross the runway that forms the border between Spain and the UK-enclave Gibraltar). Here the planes are supposed to land just after the red roadblocks but they can be removed for a longer runway
  6. The Nordic as World Update 5 has been updated today by Orbx for Iceland --> enhanced Mesh, I suppose 10m DEM, here nearby Isafjordur in the NthWest
  7. Great captures in3 diffirent but spectacular weather conditions. If you just arrived in 2nd shot ok, but if you are just started to airborn I would not like to be a passenger of your plane
  8. Great capture of this and in a previous posting of the WWII warbirds, looks like flying over Death Valley. Be aware of overheating the machines... Now I regret a bit to have deleted complete P3Dv5.1 and all the addons for it just before the announcement of P3Dv5.2, but now with MSFS next to XP11 and AFS2 is sufficient for having virtual flights via 3 simulators --> more than enough time-consuming next to other thing to do in my free time
  9. Again a marvelous Orbx addition in the serie of enhanced cityscapes Pt2 = City Statics - 12 shots Pt3 = Harbor Statics - 11 shots
  10. For those who love a collection of modern and futuristic buildings close together on a relative small area --> La Defense NorthWest of the pure city Centre of Paris is the spot: I suppose I have scared off some office employees who accidently looked outside....
  11. Not only the center of UK's Capital but also the wide area around is worth to discover. Sightseeing starts from London City airport EGLC:
  12. a contest winner for shure...what a glorious atmosphere...
  13. Exploring shortly the Capital of the USA and a look at the airport Ronald Reagan KDCA, both enhanced as scenery by Drzewiecki:
  14. The Canarian Islands are very well modelled via the Orbx Add TE-Canarias for XP11. As I visited 3 of the Islands in real, I choose for this serie of shots the larged Island and about centrally located in the Archipel: Gran Canaria , on several locations a lot of greenhouses(serres) to see: At the north and northwestside is the coast often very roughly and rocky I loved to drive the curved mountainroads all around the Island and the spectacular views on the way An observatory and several telecom towers at Pico de Las Nieves, the highest point of the Island The sun is tired to enlight the Islands and goes to sleep behind the 2nd larged Island: Tenerife Approaching the airport for landing before the sun is down and nightfal is to avoid when flying a GA aircraft
  15. A passby of a vintage WWII bomber B17 over Wycombe airfield EGCB. Sim=XP11.52 - Scenery=TE GB Central
  16. In remembrance to my first added scenery from Orbx into my FSX, I'm not shure, but I think it was in 2014. Now, 7 years later revisted via MSFS:
  17. A lot to discover at the iconic airport Bella Coola in the Canadian Wilderness:
  18. My first short nightflight over the extended capital of Japan, covering only a fraction:
  19. Marvelous shots, I like the choosen plane and the variety of viewpoints you used, simply great...
  20. As I am fan of colorful cities by night, like I posted earlier a serie of Sydney, I was curious to explore Singapore City in same way but with a slow and low flying aircraft:
