I will ask @Ed Correia to comment as it would appear to be initially a possible Control Panel issue/Depending on Ed's answer we may need to ask you to approach DD via this link https://drzewiecki-design.net/forum/index.php as they are responsible for support for their product if it turns our to an issue with the actual addon.

No Control Panel option available for removing statics so Overlay Editor is best option at present. No known plans to offer the option

Not all addons have User guides. This has been for quite a long time now as they were deemed as unnecessary in most cases. Send e a pic of your Orbx Central/settings/downloader page please. Something is very wrong with your Orbx Central to XP!! setup if Orbx Central is not loading addons into your Custom Scenery folder. No one has ever reported such issues before and I have demonstrated in my pics above of how the process works.

What EGHI addon do you have? Is it the default EGHI in your pic or the Orbx EGHI addon. I ask because I don't see the same hangars as your pic. This what I see in my Orbx EGHI addon with TEGB South.

As you have proved there is nothing untoward or wrong with the addon of TEGB Central but more likely a random issue with some part of your hardware, but glad to hear all is POK,..... for the moment Yes your pic is displaying the Orbx True Earth textures

The symbolic link is in the Custom Scenery folder. Here is the symbolic link showing in my Custom Scenery folder for Darrington which as you know I installed yesterday. To test your system do you have an Orbx airport addon that can be uninstalled and reinstalled?

You have only just informed that you are using 2 screens. My published test results are in a default plane and single screen. I get 28-35fps and you get 15-18 with a payware standard plane and 2 screens. This may be the difference in our experiences. Do you also use VR? We need to wait for the responses from @Matteo Veneziani and @vittoriogrecoto see if they can assist but as I mentioned earlier, the update to Olbia took care of the fps issues but not for you it appears.

Try altering the LOD back to 200 and report back. Also what is your screen resolution please? The addon is fine, it is something your end that is causing the delay in loading the scenery correctly and that can be related to PC specs and in sim settings.

Can you confirm that after the recent sim update 6 you went to the Content Manager and installed all the updates to the World Updates in particular the update to the USA?

Orbx Central can easily install any Orbx or Orbx Partner's addon into XP11 via a self created library outside of the XP directory. You choose the library you want to install into when Orbx Central asks you where to install it. It ten does the download. extraction, conversion and finally installs into the Library/location of your choosing. The addon will then appear in your scenery_packs.ini as Orbx Central would have linked it into Custom Scenery via a symbolic link method. To show you what happens I have uninstalled my copy of Darrington Airport and I will reinstall it into a library. Here is a picture sequence of the installation: 1. The choosing of Darrington to install: 2.Choosing where to install. I choose my library called Orbx1 on my E drive. (XP!! is on my D drive) 3. Orbx Central showing that Darrington is installed into my Orbx1 library on E drive successfully: 4. Showing Darrington is placed in my Custom Scenery folder: 5. Showing Darrington is in my scenery_packs.ini (notice the date to show it is all done while I am online here this morning at 5.21am) 6. Actually at Darrington in XP11: So to summarise, Orbx Central does place your addon into a library of your choice, it links it to your Custom Scenery folder and XP11 links the contents of your Custom Scenery folder into the scenery_packs.ini I cannot be more comprehensive in explaining and showing via pics the whole process. If you are using an organiser then the enabling and disabling of Orbx addons especially True earth will result potentially in anomalies.

You need to use the default airport or search the web for any updated version that can be used in XP11

What do you mean about TEGB being "active" If you are going to be enabling and disabling addons via some kind of organiser then you are going to get glitches because when you re-enable a TEGB or TE addon, an organiser will not place the files correctly in the sceney_packs.ini. TE addons go directly under Global Airports ecept those that have also an airport file and the airport file goes above Global Airports TE addon should always also be sequenced loike this: Custom Overlay Ortho

Totally safe and can resolve scenery issues etc. See this link: Many users have found this useful especially after MSFS updates. It would not be posted if it had any risks to the integrity of the sim. The content.xml and the simulator.dat contents are rebuilt automatically when MSFS is next started. As to why the anomaly occurs at KBUR on landing is something not previously reported until your report. Can you advise me that you have the latest updated version of KBUR which should be v1.0.1 Also please do the recommended test of renaming your Community folder to Community.x and make a new Community folder and drag and drop KBUR into a new Community folder. Run a test flight from and to KBUR and advise if the issue persists please.

Initially would try this: 1. Delete any rolling cache. 2. Delete the Content.xml file. (AppData\Local\Packages\Microsoft.FlightSimulator_8wekyb3d8bbwe\LocalCache\Content.xml) 3. Delete the simulator .dat files (AppData\Local\Packages\Microsoft.FlightSimulator_8wekyb3d8bbwe\LocalCache\SceneryIndexes\*.dat)

Hi. From what you describe it would appear that TEGB Central is working if you were able to fly without a CTD in your first effort. You then got a CTD on your second effort after a reboot if I understand correctly.( talking only TEGB Central her as SoCal seems OK). You also had yoke problem when TEGB Central was running OK but yoke worked fine on SoCal. This is very complex and difficult to analyse from a remote location especially as we now have thrown your Yoke into the mix. Thanks for the Log but it relates to your successful flight in SoCal. I really need one from a CTD in TEGB Central to see if it tells me anything. @Nick Cooper I also request you looking at this as well please or pass to the techies at Orbx central to see if they can help.

Thanks. I am unable to determine the cause of your issue and need to pass this query over to a more technically knowledgeable colleague as it appears it could be an installation problem. I would have preferred the XP log files for your latest tests rather than System log files. @Nick Cooper please assist as I have gone as far as I can. Maybe you can see something that will help resolve the issue the customer is having or pass it to the Orbx central support team.

If you are going to reinstall then please remove any Backup copy you may have in case it is corrupted. The location of any Backup copy you may have (if this option is enabled in Orbx Central) is shown in the pic below:

OK it is the same one I tried to flatten and sent to you Try this. If it doesn't work I am afraid i cannot help you further other than suggest using the default KSNA apt.dat

Have you run the verify Files option for TEGB South? It may require an uninstall/reinstall to fix as I don't have any other reports of such an issue. The first 2scenery pics looks like you are at an airfield. Where is it and what version and by who? It is particularly noticeable at mid tree level and those trees may be part of the airport scenery. Do you get the same issue at other airfields (default)

I still see no reference to a CTD in the Log which is unusual. I will delve further and get back to you
