Good landing, even after your Kamikaze approach. And now we know how all these container shipments get lost!

Nice first shots, Carlos. Did you try to find the Rocky statue at the library - is it depicted?

You never know, maybe Max even LIKES to go to school? What if he finds a girlfriend there? Thinking back...

For me some memorable trips were driving to the North Sea for a mudflat hiking tour to one of the islands ( https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mudflat_hiking ). Unique, instructive, adventure.

Hello everyone,
the default camera in the Blackwing is turned a bit under the horizon. I wanted to change the pitch and did some trials in the camera.cfg (located D:\MSFS\Packages\Community\Orbx-aircraft-blackwing\SimObjects\Airplanes\Orbx-aircraft-blackwing), but that did not change anything.
Is there a secret on how to change the default pitch of the Blackwing? Another path or file?
Thanks in advance,

We missed you, Emmsie - but now you are back with three classics!

You lucky one. Enjoy your stay and do not forget to take a picture. Or two…

For using airliners I still stick to p3d, using either the PMDG 777, QW 787 (both preferred) or Aerosoft 32x (not so preferred). ATC for these is Pro-ATC/X.
I enjoy those routes most which I may be flying in RL in the near future or have been flying in RL before. And in the latter case ideally with proper flight plans like this (collected at the end of the flight):

This is the base pack, future packs will have between 6 and 10. Many hours of making the required models for this pack can be utilised in the future bundles, the models here are far more advanced than the P3d stuff, all the vegetation is full 3D, completely new and far more complex. Future packs will also include additional unique models but by using the base pack to save modelling time which can go into including more strips. If these packs prove to be popular the plan is to keep going till as much of PNG is enhanced as possible.
Hopefully this is just the start of enhancing our bush flying.
cheers
Ken
Good news, and thanks for the quick feedback, Ken. I have the oil ready, if a mower needs it...!

Ah, Ken has done it again. And chicken & mower are back!
It looks as if the details are as perfect as in p3d, plus better vegetation. However, just three airports are less than in the p3d packs, let us see how the work goes on (and the pricing...).

A beautiful airport, and you get much better perspectives here in the sim than I ever got in reality (you can rarely see it from the outside, be it by car or even by train).

I know 7 of these. But some are specific for US culture, the German version would surely have RO 80 instead of Studebaker, for example.

You start with a nice city tour, Carlos. May have been some noise on the ground...

One of my all-time-favourite bush trips is the Tasmania tour which has been published by @teecee Terry Carr more than 10 years ago. I initially loved his descriptions, found that we had crossed common places and people and stayed in contact until he passed away just over a year ago. Rest in peace and enjoy your memories!
For those who would like to follow his tour, I post text & flight plans here.

Sounds like you prepare your RL trip. That´s what I did as well, and it worked out!
If you still can get inspiration from our trip, just send me a PM.

Just thought I would update here just in case anyone is wondering how it's gone.....MRI was done, had talk with consultant, over here they rate you and your prostate on a 1 - 5, I'm a 3, mines enlarged and hard, so at risk of maybe it turning cancerous at some point (there words), they feel a biopsy wouldn't be very productive at the moment so the decision was made to put me on tablets and to be tested twice per year, this would mean if / when it gets worse it would be picked up, also no caffeine....
so sort of better news then may have been expected but with a hint of concern, I guess though that taking meds and being checked puts me in quite a good place if it ever turns bad because it will be picked up early....
thanks everyone that posted nice positive points and took the time to offer support and encouragement, like I said to @Rodger Pettichord since leaving the military I don't mix that well so you guys on here have helped me get through a bit of a worrying time, I really appreciate it...this is a good place full of nice people...
All the best, mate. Health is the most important value of all.
