my avatar picture is a Dornier Do-27, built in the late 1950s, 1960s. Yeah, the trips were incredible!
Yes Bernd, the plane, the Dornier DO-27 I am most aware of. It was one of my favorite aircraft from the FSX days. Was so much fun to fly and trying to read the controls that were in German...lol, now that was fun for me I've never seen a developer make that aircraft for of the newer sims after FSX unfortunately

But, at least it makes a nice image

Wonderful set Bernd! And we finally get to see you flying in a similar livery to your avatar pic! Sweet! Sounds like your visits to Namibia were some fun adventures

I was on an organised tour of Pearl Harbour so my look around the museum was rather rushed which was a shame but there were so many types of planes and choppers I had never seen in RL before.
That is one awesome aviation museum indeed, and not always spot lighted that much. I spent LOTS of time at that museum when I was stationed in Hawaii from 2014-2017, and you are 100% right about the great variety of great historical aircraft there.

Hi Don, nice aircraft images or your recent acquisitions @Jack Sawyer Regards the CRJ, it does have advanced avionics although the FMC/FMS is not as fleshed out as the PMDG 737's in comparison. Also, be aware the CRJ does not have an auto-throttle, so you really have to manage the throttle well. If you enjoy and can handle the 737, you should like and enjoy the CRJ as well.
