  1. Wow! That's a big wind farm Jack .
  2. Thank you Andreas. I always enjoy Alaska scenery
  3. Thanks Jack I flew a yellow plane for you as I wondered if that wood carving was related? (look closely)
  4. PAYA Yakutat Airport in MSFS. Yakutat is situated in the State of Alaska, USA. It is at the mouth of Yakutat Bay, South East Alaska adjacent to the Tongass National Forest. The Airport origins date from 1940 when Yakutat Army Airfield was constructed as part of the United States Army's long-range defense program for Alaska.
  5. Well the walkways suggest a pretty big airport
  6. You show off the airport well Carlos . I purchased it yesterday and hope to fly there tomorrow.
  7. Nice flight and a very nice yellow bird Jack .
  8. Well my very first sim was Solo Flight on a C64. About 1983 I think. For FS my first scenery add on was Hawaii on a 5.25 inch floppy disc.
  9. You have a transformer Jack! A helicopter/Cessna?
  10. Thank you Wayne . Indeed, that brings back memories of my FS2002/4 flying. I added a good clouds package and would often just repeats flights where I broke through the clouds and saw the runway. A novelty value at the time.
  11. Thanks John. I hope you didn't have to put sunglasses on!
  12. Thank you Jack . Indeed LOWI was top of the class when released.
  13. Thank you Wolfgang . Perhaps a job at the airport then? BTW, I think you missed my post 'In Austria' (on page 5 here now)? It was you who motivated me to make that flight.
  14. You make it look easy Jack! What do the passengers think?
  15. Many thanks Calum. Glad that you enjoyed them .
  16. Thanks Martyn . The plane has a lot of character IMHO.
  17. Thank you Martyn . Indeed, a beautiful location. I enjoy the 'Tiger Meet' special liveries. Some are more subtle than others. I think this one strikes a nice balance.
  18. LOWI (Innsbruck) is one of my all time favourite Orbx airports. It is situated in western Austria, a couple of miles from the centre of Innsbruck. Innsbruck is the provincial capital of Tyrol and the fifth-largest city in Austria by population. It is situated in the valley of Inn river between mountain ranges. This beautiful alpine destination, with breathtaking scenery, and snow-capped mountains, is a favourite winter sports destinations. It hosted the Winter Olympics in 1964 and 1976. Also, it hosted Winter Paralympics in 1984 and 1988. The F-18 aircraft is from Fliegerstaffel 11 (Fighter squadron 11) (Tigers) of the Swiss Air Force. The special markings were for the 2018 'Tiger Meet'. Tiger Meets are held annually and are attended by NATO combat aviation squadrons with a Tiger on their shields.
