spirit_66
Would someone let me know how to open ORBX zip files using the IDM. ... IDM is ONLY for downloading zip-files and NOT for opening them. Spirit
RODI
If "winzip" or/and "winrar" can't open the file, try "total commander (totalcmd)". You can download it for free ( http://www.ghisler.com/ ) I had best results in the past.
John Dow
I have Windows 7 and I just use the default double click on the zip files to open them using the inbuilt Windows extracting. On the rare occasion I'm presented with an RAR file I use the downloaded RAR manager.
Aussieflyer38
I use IDM for all my downloads, and on completion of the download it brings up a window asking me if I want to "open or open with", I just click open and it takes me straight to Windows extract window and away we go, really simple and straight forward. jsapair
Insert disk 2? What zip file are you trying to open? Any one in particular? Something doesn't compute.

birdguy
IDM, WinZip, and FTX Global 2 are the best things to come down the pike since buttered toast and chocolate milk. Noel
Walter Almaraz Roca
For me 7zip is an excellent free option and of course IDM is the best download manager
