FTX Central problem

When I go to FTX central to change scenery from default to North America, I find that both Oceana and North America have been added to my scenery library in FSX. Can you advise what is going wrong? I am sure that my original install of FTX Central showed Australia North America and Default but I could be wrong, but now it shows Oceana. I only have Australia & North America.

The FTX Central program has been updated many moons ago to display Oceania instead of Australia when New Zealand was added to the FTX series.

you can get the latest version here => https://www.fullterrain.com/support#Orbxlibs

please also make sure you have the latest updates for your installed FTX Titles available here => https://fullterrain.com/support

Thanks for your input. I do have all the latest updates. My concern is why FTX Central is loading my 2 areas of Oceana and North America at the same time instead of the one I choose. I notice that if I choose default then no orbx scenery loads but if I choose one or the other Oceana or North America it loads both, not just the one I chose.

Hi there,

this is the intended behavior: all FTX region and airport scenery library entries remain active when switching between regions so that you can undertake intercontinental flights between them. The reason you have to use FTXCentral is because there are a whole bunch of other files that are being swapped out that are specific to Oceania, North America, or Europe (if installed). In short there's nothing wrong with your setup.

Cheers, Holger
