Too many years ago QANTAS Southern Cessna 402's used to fly over our house at Merbein, near Mildura, on their way too and from Broken Hill. From memory they were disposed of when QF discontinued that route.

Always liked the look of them in this livery.

Anyway Mildura to Broken Hill is quite flat arid land so for this flight we are going from Devonport to Hobart which is a little more scenic.

Always looks strange to see a small aircraft in the same colours as a large airliner.

What is that "White Stuff" , I guess it is still winter down under . Fantastic shots Martyn !! .
