VH-KDK Posted October 13, 2013 Share Posted October 13, 2013 A sort of round trip covering 4 airports from the FTXG Freeware NA pack 3 by Neil Hill. 1. Setting off from KMDQ Madison County Airport. 2. I don't know how this compares with the default airport, but comparing it with what is on Google Earth this is as near as you can get, and it's freeware. 3. Flying back parallel with the airport to take in more of the excellent detail. 4. In the background to the right is Monte Sano Mountain with Huntsville further to the right which we will over fly in a later post. 5. Over US Route 231, with Keel Mountain on the nose. 6.Big Sky airport near Toney with the Ardmore Highway. 7. Epps Airpark at Harvest before heading south for Huntsville. 8. Jenkins Creek. 9. Approaching KHSV Huntsville International minding my own business and looking at the instruments and PAPI when...... 10. 11. I didn't check the wing mirrors. All straight vees with minimal cropping.
