I have UTX Europe and Global but I have disabled the UTX roads in FSX Scenery as I do think they spoil the immersion factor in big towns in particular. What make the difference is my system I think, I am all maxed up apart from water on a 3930K @ 4.8 GHz with a Titan, running in DirectX10 with Steve shader fixes!
