JimmiG
Looking out the window after having reached my cruising altutide, I first thought there was something wrong with my altimeter...

Daddy Bear
Nice shot. Southern Alps? Rockies? I took an SF260 over the Southern Alps from Dunedin to Milford Sound and I had to go around Mt Cook. Cheers Phil F
cessna pilot
Is that the Burwash BC / Yakutat AK area? That area has mountains around 14,000ft tall I think!

Yeah I took off from PACY and after heading east for a bit I saw those mountains outside the left window and headed north to explore. After the small detour I continued towards Skagway to land. It was a very nice flight

84corvette
20,000 and that close ... you could say they were high Cheers, Tony
robmw
Probably Mt. Logan, not too far short of 20,000ft. Mt. St. Elias is up there too. Both of these are on the scale of Denali and in terms of base to summit are equivalent to the Himalayan giants. It's grand indeed that Orbx have included this area as even Holger's famous Glacier Bay freeware didn't get this far. Rob W
JimmiG
20,000 and that close ... you could say they were high Cheers, Tony Actually I was at 28,000 ft which makes it even more impressive. Kind of hard to see the difference between 0 and 8 in the resized screenshot Nice shot. Southern Alps? Rockies? Kasi31
Great shot. It must be Mt. Logan. I've made a tour round Mt. St. Elias and Mt. Logan short after SAK was released.
