Bruce Hamilton
Format FTW....... thats my fix for everything I just had to do that on my every day computer, fortunately there wasn't much on it. Having to do it with the simulator would kill me if it weren't for software like Acronis.

macca22au
Good news; Don't tell anyone but I cooked an i7 CPU recently. It ended up wheezing on two cores and ran like some of the cars I first owned.
CathyH
Because the system is now so unstable, they are going to reformat C drive and reinstall Windows. It mean I to put everything on again, but no more problems!

Arismac
If it helps Cathy this LINK will take you to my web site with a step by step on reinstalling. I have had to do it once and did it twice more to prove the method. Since then several others have reinstalled without a problem.

Arismac
Thank you for pointing this out to me. I have published in 12pt and it looks fine in my Firefox browser. Which browser are you using please? and what font size have you got set? View --> Zoom on the menu bar. You can also use Ctrl + + in Firefox. gw6aa
Been there - but not since I've used Acronis to take an image of C drive once a week. It's a very good and cheap insurance in case you have problems with a corrupted OS. Clive Norman
Ron Attwood
Looks OK to me. Firefox 3.6.8. View\Zoom or have a borrow of Roy Orbison's glasses.
Arismac
Acronis to take an image of C drive once a week. Windows 7 users have the same facility built in of course. View\Zoom or have a borrow of Roy Orbison's glasses. Thanks Ron, but I shall have to use zoom 'cause Roy's glasses would look really strange on me
