I can see exactly what they're trying to pull by saying "accurate representation" with "new apron and taxiway." They're hoping customers skim through it quickly and then plonk down their $20 and still have plausible deniability because they didn't mention the terminal specifically. Slimy stuff. He asks me to clarify to you that this is in fact an update of their X Plane 11 YBCG to X Plane 12 so that X Plane 12 users can enjoy it. It is not an update to the product itself and that they plan to update the content in due course.
