LaurieLourensz Posted October 17, 2020 Share Posted October 17, 2020 I am having issues with Florence as well, it crashes the sim. It is Ok if you fly to land there but not for departure. I did delete rolling cache as per reply in another post but makes no difference. I do not want to clear my community folder as everything else works just fine. Orbx you have an issue with Florence and an update would be greatly appreciated please especially as a new product and only purchased today. Nick Cooper Posted October 17, 2020 Share Posted October 17, 2020 Hello, you should be aware that Orbx Direct is the sales medium but the product is by Gaya Simulations and you will need to approach them for product support. I do feel that if Orbx is marketing their product they also have a responsibility that the product works, I say this as with so much new release I wonder now if product is tested adequately before we part with our hard earned money. LaurieLourensz Posted October 18, 2020 Author Share Posted October 18, 2020 Tried to create a Support Ticket with Gaya Simulation and keeps saying error trying to send your message please try again later, I created a post in their forum under a wrong heading as nothing there to support airports with support, Not impressed and certainly not happy.
