Wrong priced in my country

I looked into  this this morning and was surprised to find that the customer's account linked to the forum e mail address

is not commercial.

I was waiting for the answer to the question in post 2 but I am unable to find an account that mirrrors this request.

To @Sandq12, please send me a private message with your Orbx Direct user name, the country you are actually in

and if you already own an Orbx product, a transaction number please.
