You have to install the Global Range of products. And when I open Global Range I can all my products i white, and Global Lights Configuration is gray, so I dont think its installed B.g. Whenever I do that, I receive the error message "No installed simulator was found on your system! FTX GLOBAL Light Configurator will now exit!".
