ftwd
Beautiful pics. You should be on commission Tom, as it made me run out and throw my money at ORBX again too. Cheers, Nathan
Jack Sawyer
Beautiful Tom! Welcome to the forum and please post more. I’m hoping for an Orbx TE Global, now that would be something.

Let's do some rough calculations: The surface area of our planet is 510.1 million km^2. the total land area is about 29%, so the TE Global would need to cover 147.9 million km^2. The Innsbruck scenery covers 8200 km^2 and "weighs" about 6.8 GB - let's round it down to 6GB, and it represents 1/1082407 of the total land area. We would need just over 1 Petabyte to store everything

Dadtom65
Or maybe just an updated Global Scenery, it doesn’t have to be True Earth. I suppose it would be a Global LC. Derek.

Nah, I’d just find a way to get one, it’s coming anyway, I mean all one needs to do is extrapolate what’s available now to see where things are going.
