Nick Cooper
Hello, it seems that it is the overall visibility. No doubt an X Plane 11 expert will come along and explain. Click on images to enlarge
chrisdkramer
Mine looks this way as well until I get to within 50 miles. Nick your screenshot is showing a LUA script options rather than the default xplane rendering options correct? chris
Nick Cooper
Yes. I don't know how or if X Plane 11 would work without such things.
paulk
I asked if you were using an add on such as UWXP etc. i have had the same situation if I disable UWXP in X Plane and use the default clouds but all is good again when I enable UWXP

Nick Cooper
Hello, I really don't know. Possibly I even misunderstood the question. As you can see, I am using "Advanced Rendering Options" which seems to be a freeware plugin that does everything I want it to do to X Plane 11. chrisdkramer
I believe I misunderstood as well. The name of the plugin is "Advanced Rendering Options" as Nick said and is available on the xplane .org page. It does considerably more than the default graphics sliders allow. chris
