ozboater
As the topic says... Just bought Oz v2 and was wondering if it is best to uninstall v1 first. This would free up disk space, but don't know if v2 uses any of the v1 files. Before I commit, thought I'd ask about best practice. Thanks. Doug Sawatzky
Oh and also Holgermesh, and the Tasmania demo will need to be uninstalled.
JMBIII
Doug, does uninstalling V1 after the fact have any effect on the installation of V2 ? A note to uninstall those three would have been helpful. I admit to probably missing it if there was one.
Doug Sawatzky
No, I don't believe so.
Nick Cooper
If the installation of AU Australia is still intact, the way it was when FTX Central installed it, then FTX Central will not allow the installation of version 2 to go ahead until version 1 is removed. Unfortunately, it seems that numerous installations are no longer as made by FTX Central and therefore customers are not seeing what should have been a mandatory message and would have obviated the need for the question being asked so many times.
