VH-KDK Posted November 27, 2017 Share Posted November 27, 2017 I have not been to L70 for a while and after seeing a post today I thought I would have a pleasant sight seeing flight around the area. 1. The Tecnam is the perfect plane for stooging around the dry mountainous terrain. 2. Oh yeah, as if in a Tecnam. 3. YEEEEEEEHAAAAA, but the Buccaneer is summant different. It's showtime! 4. What a beautiful plane, climbs like a rocket. 5. Not much peace in Sleepy Valley for a while. 6. Bitchin' Betty and Barking Bob are frantically reeling off warnings but this is too much fun. 7. I forgot my glasses and couldn't read the signs going out to the Buccaneer! 8. Even Rover has stopped to watch us zoom past. 9. Another low pass. 10. I wonder if they have guessed what will happen next. 11. Not the easiest plane to adjust height when flying upside down. 12 I will have to practice a bit more as a couple of previous attempts have ended kissing the sand. 13. Happy to have kept over the runway though. 14. Ok that is enough now and the tricky part to try and land. 15. Rover is still standing in shock. 16. Just a smallest of bounces and on the centreline too, this is easier than a Cessna. 17. Used surprisingly small portion of the runway which makes sense considering it was a carrier plane. 18. So parked up after an exciting flight, a bit different from the Carvair. 19. Spot the butterfly! Now that is a strange name for a butterfly. European Mountain Man Posted November 27, 2017 Share Posted November 27, 2017 Super set of screen shots Martyn can you not read in your second shot the sign says no Aerobatic flying allowed so what did you do you went inverted and other Aerobatics . you are a very bad boy Martyn . but i must say very good Aerobatics and inverted flying if it was Jack i now he would not take any notice of the sign but you Martyn you should now different you are now banned from flying from L70 and you have 20 points deducted regards stewart . I woz only 'avin a bit of fun Guv. 'onest. Thanks Stewart, glad you enjoyed the set but 20 points is a bit harsh.
