Right uninstalling all things FSX, know through ftx Central can uninstall the Orbx scenery but how about FSX itself what is the best way to do it. Nick Cooper Posted July 4, 2017 Share Posted July 4, 2017 Hello Derek, You can uninstall FSX using the windows control panel and then delete the FSX folder. However, if you are installing Orbx products to P3Dv4 and you already have them in FSX, you will save a lot of time and downloading if you leave it where it is until you have installed everything into P3D. Nick Cooper Posted July 4, 2017 Share Posted July 4, 2017 Hello Derek. No, you will need to use FTX Central to install your products into P3Dv4 as usual. However, if FTX Central finds an existing Orbx installation, it will use some of the files from there to install the products into P3Dv4. This is much quicker than downloading them all again. When I installed v4, FTXC only downloaded 2.8GB and copied the rest from v3.
