  1. Thank you all for your kind words, you know it hasn't changed, still the same very kind gentlemen on here. Thanks again guys. For Iain and Taph. You know I never thought I'd say this being a true rugby mad fan. As I lay in bed, getting woken at 4am by the nurse or my wife, I wondered how to fill in time until daylight. I had bought a mobile phone and listened to a few overseas stations then came across one that soccer was being commentated on. Every morning I listened in, and it turned out to be Talk Sport, UK. Since then I have joined Manchester United, get newsletters etc, really enjoying it. But you both have to keep this a secret.
  2. Thank you Brad, at least you are one friendly name I remember.
  3. Hello, Kia Ora. To all my friends who are still active. The last time I was on here was roughly 3-4 yrs ago. Oh how things have changed, for the better too. Because I don't have a great memory now ( 80 yrs old is closing quick), I have to ask, how do I find my scenery that I bought right back to 2008 when FSX first started. I now have a new computer, have not tried to download anything and bought FSX:SE. Any help will be really appreciated as I'm flying blind.
  4. A big thanks to you and your team. Could I suggest the "Islands of the Pacific" which will include the airports of both Islands of New Zealand, and others of the beautiful Samoa, Tonga, Nauru, Chatams, New Caledonia, Nuiu, Solomons, Fiji, Norfolk They are plentiful I agree but the Islands are small and fairly close together so anyone can fly them whether slow and low or tubes. Test out flyers navigation skills too. Jim
  5. It's great to read of so many mates who fly these marvelous sims and a big thanks to all the scenery dev's (Orbx as JV saw the light some years back and ran with it). Just a year and a few days I'll hit the 75 jackpot. Flight simming and amateur radio is my day. Teecee, I have not forgotten flying together or better still have a squad of us. Medical and computer problems are holding me back at the moment. Great idea, to have a 70's and over club. I hope this comes to fruition. A big thanks to every member who have given me such great reading, laughs and answers ( in particular I'd like to thank Nick, Doug, and Richard, who have been a lifesaver for me). Well, I'm off to have my blood pressure pill. Thank you all for the fun you have given me. No matter, your age, whatever life throws at you, on this forum "you will never be alone". Jim. PS: Good on you Maury. Always remember these Maori words. Kia Kaha.....be strong. Good luck. Jim.
  6. Hello All. Has the official fix been released yet? Regards, Jim.
