Like the observation that you can actually smell the environment (hay, wheat, etc.) when flying very low and slow. I guess we will have to rely on our imaginations in FSX and P3D. Back in the 80s my Model Railroading hobby offered "olfactory airs" - scents of coal and brewery and diesel smoke etc. Never bought those but it'd be perfect for our hobby too - hay, jet fuel, kerosene burning, that odd smell in United Airlines bathrooms...
