Beedan
Hello, I recently purchased FTX Global, FTX AUS SP4, FTX South Cali, FTX North Cali but when i load up the sim with them all installed my textures loom like this... I have all my sliders set at MAX and this is what happens... Could this be FTX global trying to replace them or?? Thanks
Penzoil3
Did you install the libraries? And did you apply a region in FTX Central after the install ?
Beedan
Hello, Yes i did and it says installed
PeterSuranyi86
I'm not an expert, but it looks like your PC is overloaded (I don't think there is any error in the scenery or your installation). Turn off autogen and scenery buildings, and try it again. If you made any previous manual alterations to your fsx.cfg (probably not), then it might load the scenery in too slow. Hope that helps! Beedan
Hello, My PC don't seem to be overloaded as i am only using 40% or less CPU usage and my VAS is below 2.5GB out of 4GB, I have nothing fancy in my fsx.cfg
Nick Cooper
Before we go any further, would you mind adding at least one order number, which is required and your PC specifications which may be helpful. Thank you.

Nick Cooper
Thank you again, that should be enough to run FSX without severe problems. You screenshot does appear to indicate that the textures are not being loaded. If you pause or press the Y key, do they eventually come into focus? I would suggest that as Peter says, if you have added any tweaks, you delete your fsx.cfg file and let FSX build another. Then turn the settings down to the normal level and see if things improve. Beedan
Hello, I was just climbing out of KLAX in the PMDG 737 and that looked like that... I have kind of figures out the problem and that it is the sectors trying to load on top of global... Aka if i have FTX Global and FTX South Cali both active the textures won't load If i untick FTX South Cali in the Scenery library the textures will load, which is what i am finding weird Also i tried refreshing my FSX.cfg and still blurry textures. Nick Cooper
It does seem that your PC is struggling to keep up with the texture loading. What happens if you pause or press the Y key, do the textures eventually come into focus?
Beedan
Nope, they stay like that
Nick Cooper
and if you move the sliders to the left or select the global high setting?

Nick Cooper
The bottleneck maybe your 750 ti. I would again agree with Peter and suggest that you lower your settings until the textures do display properly, in particular autogen and start from there, increasing the settings a little each time until you reach a compromise between quality and performance. If you have not already, you do need anisotropic filtering and anti aliasing ticked. I am assuming also that you have read and applied the Fixer instructions, in particular in respect of Nvidia Inspector.
Ed Correia
Terrain Texture Resolution set to 7cm?
Beedan
16 hours ago, Ed Correia said: Terrain Texture Resolution set to 7cm? Yep, we found the issue and it is now resolved The problem was that FTX Global was at the top of the scenery library list rather than the individual areas like FTX England, South Cali, North Cali etc
