active Error message exiting Prepar3d

Upon exiting Prepared, I get a message that there is an error log in the User/ mydocuments/Prepar3d file.

I also do not have an icon for FTX Vector Configurator Prepar3\D V3.  The only one on my desktop is for Prepar3d

Though I do not have P3D, the most common answer to this question is to

suggest that you turn off the error reporting, as it is known to be unreliable.

Deselect "error logging" because these are tools for developers.
No influence in everyday use, except in the case that the LM support asks you to generate the log. See how:

Vector configurator is accessed through FTX Central. Open FTX Central. Select P3D3, goe to   "Settings",  then  "Tools".  Scroll down, you'll find the Vector Configurator.

Thanks everybody,

I do have the latest Library. and I do have those effects in the Prepar3d V3 effects folder. I guess I will just disable the error reporting option.
