Jocko Flocko
Wow, thank you Rob. Your terrain mesh blends perfectly with the overlying land-class and FTX Global Textures. For years the the Central and Northern parts of Ontario have never been represented properly IMO. The biggest issue was always the source material, however you guys, being OrbX and Pilot's, sure have sourced out some extremely accurate land-class data. Some may say "those are tiny little hills and valley's compared to say the Rockies or PNW". Yup, they are, however the further north you go in Ontario, vast amounts of bodies of water increase almost exponentially. Algonquin Park is the tip of the ice-berg, the forests of Northern Ontario where I have my hunting cabin, in a region called Temagami, spread for vast distances intertwined with thousands up thousands of small, medium and large rivers and lakes. Where the northern Ontario muskeg begins there's more water than land.I'm looking forward to OpenLC Canada/Alaska in a big way.
