resolved Does EDVY have a Contol Panel Somewhere ?
Doug Sawatzky replied to MZee1960's topic in FSX Support Forum
Hi Milan Yes, both EDVY and EDBJ have control panels located in Orbx Central. Just click on the Configure button I have circled in red. -
Hi Mike Maybe also do a verify files of the Orbx Libraries, and SODE. You could also ask the developer at the below link. This product has been produced by Drzewiecki Design. For Drzewiecki Design product support, please to go https://drzewiecki-design.net/forum/index.php

answered ESKS Scandinavian Mountains Airport problem
Doug Sawatzky replied to Jerrymc3's topic in PREPAR3D® V5.x Support Forum
Hi Jerry Not sure, but I guess it would be a P3D thing. -
How fast and at what altitude are you flying the fighter jet? Maybe try a Cessna 150 or 172 for some lower and slow flights. Ya, London has always been extremely hard on PC's, even the default London back in day was always complex, and now along with a complex aircraft and higher speeds... If it clears up with the sim paused as you have stated above, confirms there is nothing wrong with the scenery. Maybe there is other stuff your PC is trying to do in the background as well?
-
Are you using SSD drive for the simulator? Either way, it is not a problem with the scenery, but there is an issue with your PC keeping up to what is being asked of it.
-
Thanks Are you using a PMDG aircraft by chance?

Doug Sawatzky replied to Jerrymc3's topic in PREPAR3D® V5.x Support Forum
Hi In your P3D traffic settings, you will need to uncheck\deactivate the "All Roads" option. -
Hi Adam What happens if you pause the sim for a minute or two while in the above pictured scenario? Do the textures clear up?

Best driver Nvidia for FS2020, Prepar3D and X-Plane 11
Doug Sawatzky replied to Daviletis's topic in General Discussion
I am currently using 497.29 and it is working good for the simulators so far. Not sure what version I had installed previously, but my MS2020 did not like it, was continuously crashing with CTD. -

resolved Central will not Detect P3D V3
Doug Sawatzky replied to PETC's topic in Orbx Central Support Forum
Hi Please just reinstall the P3D Client only. -
Hi Please open Orbx Central and go to settings\help and run the sync simulator function.
-
No, there would be no conflict, but TE being photo based scenery will always just over ride any landclass scenery.

Thanks Adrian, good news! -
Hi Ok, I have another idea... Below are the files I have for KELN and KTNP, so maybe compare. Or, do a full uninstall and reinstall of the TE SCA region, the CRM region, and TE Washington, except this time, do a search again for the KELN and KTNP and delete anything that is left over before reinstalling.

Hi You will need to fix the issues that I have outline in your other topic to have success. Mainly "Default Scenery" item that is supposed to be second from the bottom of your scenery library....is in the wrong location, and needs to be moved to the original location. The Insertion point also still needs to be corrected. So use the attached scenery.cfg and set your insertion point using KBNA HP in the top selection field on the Orbx Central insertion point tool as I have pictured above. scenery.cfg
-
Thanks But both the above problems I mentioned still exist and will cause problems if not rectified. the "Default Scenery" entry is in the wrong location, and needs to be moved to the original location as shown in my a above image. And the Insertion point has no affect on your non Orbx items that are installed, it only places your Orbx products in the correct locations in relation to the rest of your addons, which is below them, and above the default base files. Right now, your Orbx products are below the simulator default base files, which is totally wrong, and places all the default simulator base files in priority to render on top of your Orbx products, which will place parts of default scenery in your Orbx products. So use the attached scenery.cfg and set your insertion point using KBNA HP in the top selection field on the Orbx Central insertion point tool as I have pictured in your other topic YVR. scenery.cfg

active Orbx Installed Correctly?
Doug Sawatzky replied to Enes M's topic in PREPAR3D® V4.x Support Forum
You are very welcome, and no, you do not need to do that every time, it is good now. It will now keep all your non Orbx 3rd party addons above your Orbx any time you install anything. You will only need to redo it if you remove the "JustSim-LTAI v2 P3Dv4".- 8 replies

active Orbx Installed Correctly?
Doug Sawatzky replied to Enes M's topic in PREPAR3D® V4.x Support Forum
Hi Enes No, do not delete anything, all the base files are required. Also, your top insertion point is correct, but the bottom one is not, the bottom one needs to be left as it originally was as in my above image.- 8 replies
