Scott Armstrong
To those of you experiencing seriously cold temperatures on the east coast of the US right now, warm weather might seem like a distant memory. But fear not! Using your own home flight simulator and a some FTX Global / Vector / Global Mesh goodness, you can take a vacation to balmy Pacific Isles with names like Bonriki, Rurutu, and Hiva Oa, leaving the snow far behind. Hammock and Mai Tai not included. Enjoy the shots The town of Papeete, Tahiti, with Moorea in the distance: Nuku Hiva, largest of the Marquesas Islands. I've been waiting 10 years for a decent representation of the Marquesas in FS, now with the Global products it's finally, amazingly, beautiful: The Gambier Archipelago, French Polynesia: Rurutu, in the remote Austral Islands: The famous lagoon of Aitutaki, Cook Islands:
